Introducing Our Body Doubling Service
Struggling to stay focused or motivated while working on tasks?​
We have launched a new Body Doubling service. It will provide our existing LAVA Clients like you the structured support you need to boost productivity and maintain momentum. Whether you're tackling work projects or personal life admin, having a body double present can help you stay on track.
How It Works
Each session pairs you with a dedicated team member (not necessarily your assigned LAVA VA) who will work alongside you for an hour. They provide encouragement, structure, and accountability—helping you stay focused and achieve specific goals without doing the work for you.
These are Virtual Sessions so you can connect via video call for flexible and convenient support.

Leeanne Graham is an inspiring speaker and champion for business owners, mothers and breast cancer thrivers.
With over a decade of experience as an award-winning Personal Assistant, Leeanne embarked on a new venture in 2018, establishing Leave It With LAVA, a virtual business support service for small businesses and entrepreneurs who are predominately black-owner businesses or are allies and champions of ethical and social conscious business.
Since then, the business has flourished, surpassing her goal of becoming fully self-employed by the end of 2019. Today, Leave It With LAVA has evolved into a Remote Assistant Agency with a dedicated team of 7 professionals.

Who is this for?
Business owners who either haven’t worked with a remote VA before or haven’t found business support that works for their needs. This is also a service we offer to existing clients who would benefit from a session to either look at their whole business holistically or have a new service or element of the business
How much is the session?
The session is £350 + VAT payable in advance
When will the session take place?
Once you have booked and paid, a member of the team will be in touch to book in the session with you and share next steps to prepare.
What happens following the session?
We will share a summary of the key points from the session and will propose recommendations on key areas - either to be addressed through remote VA support or standalone project support. We will advise on you can gain momentum and make the most of their time doing what they do best. This will be in the form a recommendations report which will be shared with you within 7 working days of the session.
