WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Our rates are £35 per hour on an ongoing basis for a minimum of 10 hours per month.
We aim to be as flexible as possible and strive to sign you up for a set amount of hours per month. This means you always know where you stand. If your hours are being under or overused we'll let you know and adjust accordingly so there are never any surprises.
In order to manage time and workflow, all hours must be paid for in advance and can not be carried over to the next month.
WILL I MEET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN PERSON?
We encourage all new clients to have an introduction meeting with their assigned Remote Assistant via a phone or video call so you are both aligned and on the same page before work commences.
You can set up regular check-in meetings with your Remote Assistant or work on a more fluid ‘as needed’ basis. You decide how the working relationship works best for you.
WILL I NEED TO PROVIDE WORKING SPACE FOR MY REMOTE ASSISTANT?
LAVA is an entirely remote support service and all of our Remote Assistants are fully equipped to work from home or a remote location that suits them best.
You will not be required to provide a working space for your Remote Assistant, they can provide the support you need from anywhere!
CAN MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WORK ON HOLIDAYS, WEEKENDS, OR AFTER-HOURS?
Here at LAVA we manage our working hours independently. You will have access to your Remote Assistant via your chosen communication methods during their specified working hours during the week.
We encourage downtime, self-care days and a 4-day working week where possible for each other and for you. If a Remote PA chooses to work evenings or weekends that is very much up to them but we do ask that work time boundaries are respected.
HOW WILL YOU HANDLE MY SENSITIVE DATA?
The safety of your personal information is of the utmost importance and priority to us. We use secure, encrypted tools and programmes to enable you to safely and securely share your sensitive information with our Remote Assistants. We are registered with the ICO and carry the appropriate insurance.

HOW DO I GET ON BOARD?

Our Founder, Leeanne, will kick things off with an introductory call to discuss your needs and how much support you will require from us each month. Once agreed, you will be assigned one of our wonderful Remote Assistants and you will receive a booking form to confirm. Invoices will be sent monthly, to be paid in advance.
