Get to Know Leeanne
From administrator to award-winning executive assistant, Leeanne has accumulated over 35,000 hours of experience within her field. Passionate about supporting others and with a flair for organisation, Leeanne cultivated a professional and well-loved reputation over the course of nearly two decades. She worked for high-profile Executives and travelled the UK and Europe, inspiring hundreds of EAs and PAs to build careers they love.
In 2018 after the birth of her daughter, Leeanne knew that it was time for a change and that she didn't want to be back in the office and environments which didn't nurture her passions or balance in life.

Making a decision to take control, Leeanne launched her own business as a virtual personal assistant. Taking those thousands of hours of experience to support people who want to inspire change in their worlds. LAVA was born!

Faye Kilgour-Neves, known as The 'What If' Coach, is a passionate advocate for impactful communication, adept change navigation, and nurturing relationships. With a rich background spanning corporate, startup, and education sectors, Faye boasts extensive experience as an Executive and Virtual Assistant, coupled with over 800 hours of one-on-one coaching and facilitation.
Certified by the Co-Active Training Institute and armed with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Faye seamlessly blends her roles as a certified coach, project manager, and former Lead Coach. Her journey has seen her excel as an Executive Assistant, Community Manager, and more, culminating in the establishment of her own coaching and training venture for emerging leaders.
Faye's hallmark is her unwavering commitment to grasping individuals' unique visions, tailoring support, and simplifying complexities. Her fusion of expertise from diverse domains enables her to streamline systems, manage client communications, and passionately represent her client's brands.
